We provide files compatible with all commercial and home embroidery machine brands (including Brother, Singer, Janome, Melco, Tajima etc). Our standard delivery includes DST, PES, and EMB formats, but we can easily provide EXP, CND, HUS, JEF, VIP3, VP3 etc. as per need.

Our standard turnaround time is 12 to 24 hours, depending on the project needs. Unlike many companies that charge hefty fees for same, we do our best to prioritize your urgent requests at no additional cost.

We can work with almost any image format you have. You can upload or email us your designs in JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, GIF, AI, EPS, or SVG. Even a clear smartphone photo of a physical sketch or a previous sew-out also works fine.
